How can I buy your paintings ?

Please email me at jennie@jenniepoyser.com or use the contact form detailing which painting you would like to buy. Please proved your preferred delivery address (work or home) and telephone number (required for courier).

I will advise by return mail if the item is still available and send an invoice link which will enable you to pay by credit / debit card or Paypal. Once I have been advised of the successful transaction the painting will be on its way to you.

All paintings are presented varnished and ready to hang in your home (fixtures provided)

** I can accept personal cheques but will only deliver when the monies have cleared in my account. Please advise by email if this is your preferred method of payment.

What if I want a particular subject not shown on your website?

I will happily consider any subject for a private commission. Please email me and we can discuss your requirements.

I can work from your own photos or work with you to find an image you love - its up to you. The photo has to be of a suitable quality to work with but this can easily be checked upon submission. I can also edit images to your liking - Maybe there are people in the background, perhaps you would like the image cropped ? Please click here for an example.

Once an image / price / size has been agreed upon I can give you a free preview of what the painting will look like. This will offer you a very close representation of the finished piece and so give you the assurance and piece of mind that you will be happy with the final artwork. Once you are happy and ready to proceed I will send a payment link (as above).

There is absolutely no obligation to buy until the payment form has been completed and monies sent.
Please be aware that bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless they are damaged/faulty.
I will then let you know how long your piece will take - I will endeavour to have it to you within 10 working days but will always advise if likely to be longer.
If you are thinking of getting a painting done for a special event such as a birthday, or Christmas please allow plenty of time so that you are not disappointed.

Is it the online payment system you use safe ?

The payment screen is totally safe as it uses Paypal secure payment technology. Your details will not be seen or passed on to any third parties.

Delivery / Returns

P&P within mainland UK is charged at £15 and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Delivery will be 2-3 working days and once dispatched I will email a link/reference number for you to track your delivery. Please check your painting / package carefully upon delivery. All items are carefully and thoughtfully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

If you wish to specify a particular day or weekend delivery please let me know on your initial email and I can provide a quote on this cost before you agree to buy.
If you live in the local area and would prefer to collect for free, please let me know on your email and this can also be arranged (My postcode is AB32).

Please email me if you live outside of mainland UK and I can provide delivery costs for you before purchasing.

Returns and Refunds.

I will make every effort to ensure that your painting arrives safely but in the unlikely event that there is any transit damage please let me know within 24 hours. I will arrange for the item to be collected free of charge and a full refund will be made back to your original payment method within 7 days.

If the painting is delivered undamaged and as described but you decide to return for another reason please advise me within 7 days of receipt. In this case you will be responsible for the costs of carriage. I will arrange with you for collection by courier to ensure safe delivery. The item must  be 'as new' and in its original packaging when returned. When I receive the item you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days (less initial delivery  and subsequent collection charge totaling £30).

Please note that commissioned pieces are bespoke and personal to each client so cannot be refunded unless faulty / damaged.
